i like the idea of figuring out the why to help me overcome being overwhelmed.

These questions are so important and so beneficial! I am sure that I have thought about them, but writing them down and forcing myself to think carefully and thoughtfully as I formulate my words really helps to make this process meaningful, real, and valuable. I took questions two and three and created a chart with the challenges listed on the left and possible solutions on the right. This is definitely something that I plan to reference again! Thank you for starting the course with this reflection!

Thanks for tall these suggestions on how to clean these items in my home. They are things that aren't cleaned on a regular basis so every time I want to clean them, I have to figure out how to go about it. Now I have a guide to get me started. Thanks.
